Too Much May Cause Heartburn.
A person who suffers from gastroesophageal diseases is prone to heartburn. Gastroesophageal diseases are known as acidity and are caused due to smoking, obesity, bad food habits, and excessive green tea consumption.
Excessive consumption of along with an inactive routine might cause the risk of these diseases.
So, drinking less than 2-3 cups of a day is good for health.
