IPL 2020 Final: Marcus Stoinis out on 1st ball, Trent Boult, Mumbai Indians create history

Trent Boult has loved bowling against his former franchise, Delhi Capitals. The Mumbai Indians pacer stepped up big time in the IPL 2020 final by picking the big wicket of in-form Marcus Stoinis on the very 1st ball of the mtach in Dubai.

Marcus Stoinis’s early departure also meant this is the first time in 13 editions that a wicket has fallen off the first ball in the final. The IPL 2020 final got off to a cracker of a start after a cracker of a delivery from Trent Boult. The New Zealand pacer got the ball to move in and there was plenty of bounce as Stoinis had no clue where the ball went as it hit the outside edge and comfortably carried to the Quinton de Kock.

Trent Boult has picked up a wicket in the first every time Mumbai Indians have played against their formere franchise, Delhi Capitals.
